I am very pleased with my purchase. It was delivered promptly and was fairly easy to assemble. The only issue I thought I had...the tracking on the file cabinet, I thought was missing. But it turned out to be my mistake as it was pointed out to me that it was tucked inside the tracking device. But the cymax Company itself got back to me very promptly and informed me to check to see if it was there tucked inside and it was there. So I have no issues with my purchase whatsoever. I won't hesitate to purchase anything from that company again.

So I have had this desk for a couple of years. I bought it off Amazon when I first entered homeschool. When it first arrived it did come in multiple packages with all the pieces. In all it was sort of easy to assemble. I did need to get some help from some family members to lift the top piece to the bottom piece but aside from that it has been sturdy for a while. As i mentioned before, I have had this desk for quite some time. The shelves are still intact, the keyboard sliding thingy is still intact and everything after all these years. This desk is one of the sturdiest desk ever. Once assemble it remained assemble. After a couple of years, not one piece or screw has fallen off. There is ALOT of storage space in this desk. Most of the shelves on my desk are filled with stuff for decoration since i didnt know with what to fill them up with. I am able to keep most of my books in the storage space underneath my desk and in the little cabinet. In the drawers, i keep my office and school supplies that i use. I also keep some are stuff in there as well. Since ive had this desk for some while now, the paint on the main sitting area is starting to wear off. The desk is also some what easily scratch-able but nothing that it isnt fixable. Out of everything it is a very amazing desk indeed!

I debated quite some time before ordering this desk. I was hesitant about shipping such a large project, but I decided to order one. When my tracking number said it was to arrive, there was only 1 box on the porch (Carton 2 of 2). When I looked up the tracking number, it merely said my order was delivered. To my surprise the other box was delivered the next day. However the box was tore and taped up. After unboxing and taking an inventory, several pieces were damaged and all the hardware was missing. With one call to Sauder Customer Support the hardware pack and replacement parts were on the way; No Hassle. The desk took awhile to assemble; I think I took 4 days spending a couple hours each day. Assembly is straight forward but I would try rushing it. The instruction booklet is very well done with pictures that are easy to follow. Some steps you will need another set of hands. All the pieces are quality made and the finished desk is beautiful and heavy. I suggest buying a pack of sliders to permanently place under it (just in case you need to move it). Everyone that has seen it loves it. I would buy it again.

It took a while to get here. They had to resend it twice because the shippers kept making mistakes, but that wasn't the company's fault. They have excellent costumer service and there were no additional costs despite the problems. When it finally arrived, in two heavy boxes, everything was packaged nicely and the material was high quality. There was nothing missing. It took me about six hours to put it together, but the instructions were clear so it wasn't hard. It looks beautiful and exactly like the picture, so I'm very happy with it.
