Ellie and Sam
Ellie and Sam have one surprise for each other after another... and not good surprises. Neither has learned to communicate within their marriage. Their fears keep them from trusting. They slowly grow to realize they need to trust each other to have a successful marriage, but we get to experience the adventure they travel to get there. The story was a bit slow in places, but was enjoyable.

Surprisingly good
A surprisingly good read with efficient character development, though the action sequences felt a bit trite. Common repeated devices like the main character crumpling her skirts in her hands and stiffening when upset was overused. I understood the author wanted us to see this was something the character did often as a way of handling stress, but it got old quickly and felt redundant. Better writing and editing should have made these moments seamless instead of tripping up the reader repeatedly.

Two are better than one
This book incorporates a great story and Bible verses. I loved both. I can’t wait to read the next book.

Tomorrow's First Light
I liked this heartwarming love story of Ellie and Sam in Twin Rivers, Texas. The characters were likeable and the story was well written. I enjoyed the book from beginning to end. Ellie is a mail order bride who shows up with her eight siblings that Sam didn't know she was bringing with her. Needless to say, their marriage had a rocky start. You will read the book to find out when they fell in love and if they were able to build a thriving ranch. I highly recommend this book as a clean Christian romance with suspense thrown in.

Enjoyable
This book was quite enjoyable but I do wish there was more story between the final two chapters! Almost a year had passed between the two chapters.

A Chancy Situation
A well written romance of strangers marrying where the bride has her 8 siblings to care for and the groom agreed to take them all on.
