It's different. Resource production is like a mix of worker placement and 7 Wonders resources as you need to place a worker to generate a good but it doesn't physically exist (like in 7 Wonders) and on your next turn that worker doesn't produce again so it's "use it or lose it". So far I've played it 1 and 2 player. Even with 2 players it feels like a solo game as you don't mind if they get a tile you wanted as you can just trade for it (which might be better). I like solo games so it's a keeper.

Great little gem. Bit tricky to get at first but once you understand the basics its a breeze. All the pieces are outlined on their faces what you need to get them up the top and what you get down the bottom, with each colour coded for the pieces you use. Even the girlfriend loved it. Would give a 3 out of 5 for the box design though. It's nice that they give you a decent amount of zip lock bags but considering the amount of pieces it would have been nicer to have a dedicated insert to keep it organised like with monopoly.
