If possible, can someone who hooked this up to a garden hose share a picture? I am clueless. :(

Artiwell outdoor shower Fixture is very convenient to hooked up to garden hose ,As we know it has two way to hooked up to garden hose , regarding the instruction ,please see the video for details ,but you need buy other garden hose fitting and water diverter for hooked up to garden hose. Does this item connect to garden hose?

Yes, if you use 1/2" male NPT to swivel 3/4" female GHT.

Does this include a place to attach a garden hose?

Yes, the Artiwell two-handle utility shower outdoor shower fixture has a place to attach a gargen hose, you can remove the plug and attach a 1/2" MIP to 3/4" MIP hose brass fitting to connect the gargen hose.
