High-Quality Rust Primer with Great Coverage
Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Rusty Metal Primer Spray is high-quality paint that works really well. The texture is smooth, it sprays evenly, and the coverage is excellent. The finish comes out nice and consistent, making it easy to use even on larger projects. Rust-Oleum offers a great variety of colors. I got the flat brown, and while it’s exactly the color of the cap, I thought it would look different on my project—it’s more of a reddish-brown than I expected. That said, it’s still a quality product and worth the money. Overall, I’m happy with how it performed.

Great primer spray paint
4th time i have purchased this. I love most all rust-oleum products, but this being a primer just knocked it out of the park on an old metal fence in serious need of repainting. Terrific product. Ease to use, no spray issues. Great coverage too.

Keep shaking
Keep shaking till you hear the metal ball mixing! Then it works great. Used it on a patio I had built out of 4" square metal to hide all the writing on it. as this is what the metal company uses. It matched perfectly. Now I can touch up when needed.

Quality Rust Cover and Preventer
Covers rusted metal well and looks smooth. Supposedly stops the oxidation process so you don't have to shave down to bare metal. Time will tell. Use in well ventilated area or use with good gas mask.

Useful and convenient

Quality of the paint is extraordinary... Covers the rusted area completely... It also penetrates rusted surfaces thus bonding with the metal beneath the rust... Overall a quality product...
