I have lots of dust on my floor. A regular mop does not clean well enough. If I use a wet swiffer I have to mop 3 times in about a 6 x 6 area! Wow, that's a lot of swiffer. I use my CORDLESS BISSELL CROSWAVE about 2 times a month. I have several pads and simply change them often. ( It's satisfying to see the dirty pads). I bought extra pads, that way I can change them often. They came out great. Gone with the dirt..clean pad to start again! By the way, I purchased a corded model maybe 6 months before. cord is a pain to drag around, Get a cordless. The battery doesn't last long enough, and takes a long time to recharge. I really like the cordless. Easier to move around.

This is a fantastic product! I usually don't trust 'Seen on TV' products and don't buy em. But this one is an exception because it is one of a kind. Now there are so many Spinwave Cordless models but they are all the SAME except some models are way cheaper. This one cost $450 in Australia but if you buy through Amazon US it's half the price!! How good is that? Only difference between this model and AU model is the COLOUR!!! I almost got ripped off buying this from Bissell Australia! This cleans floors so well you feel the difference between normal mop and spinwave to your bare feet. No more oiliness on the floors.!

TL;DR: Great for LVP floors. For bigger homes, buy the corded model. PROS: - No steam (yes, that’s a PRO! Steam WILL damage LVP). - Most parts are replaceable (spinners, pads, water tank, tank cap, etc.). - Stands upright on its own for easy storage. - Lightweight and easy to maneuver. - Quiet. - Electronic sprayer works really well. CONS: - Sealed, weak battery; not user-swappable. - Meh runtime - if it had a bigger LiPo it might hit an hour. - No front LED light. Basic miss, IMHO; even cheaper clones have one. - Slow charging - FOUR hours to charge and only 20 minutes of runtime. FULL REVIEW: Man oh man, this electric mop is almost perfect. It’s the only thing I’ve found that truly maintains and cleans grooved LVP. LVP looks great, but cleaning those grooves is a royal pain! Short of buying an industrial scrubber, the SpinWave with the hard-floor scrubber pads has been the best way to pull all the dirt out. Skip the included cleaning solution. I use Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner, which is perfect for LVP. Also, don’t follow the tank’s mix marks—they ask for way too much product. You only need a couple "caps" of Zep in the bottle. More than that leaves streaks. Just follow the ratio on your cleaner’s label and ignore the tank markings. That’s my tip. Two things I really wish it had: 1 - A front LED to light the path while cleaning. That alone would be a big quality-of-life upgrade. 2 - A hot-swappable battery. It charges REALLY slowly, and you can’t keep a spare charged battery on the side because Bissell went the "APPLE" route and sealed the pack inside the unit. Not a fan of that decision AT ALL tbh. So, IMHO, if your home needs more than ~15–20 minutes of mopping, look at the corded version instead. I wish they went the Dyson route with quick-swap batteries, but they didn’t. The internal pack is just okay and charges at a crawl. For small spaces it’s fine, but once you’re over ~900–1000 sq ft, the corded model (which is also cheaper) makes more sense. Bottom line: on LVP, this thing shines. If you don’t have LVP, a steam model might be more sanitary for your floors. If your space is over 1000 sq ft, go corded. For everyone else with LVP, this is a fantastic solution. I gave it 4 out of 5 because of the outdated battery tech they're using. A refreshed model with a better battery and a front facing LED would be awesome!

I thought it was a steam mop so was a little sad about that. But that's my fault for not looking into it properly. It is so easy to maneouver however it is hard to apply pressure to spots. However I have found just going over with what pressure you can apply works after a few goes. It's light and cordless so really just works easily instead of loading up a mopbucket. Very happy with the purchase.
