The media could not be loaded. Was looking for a induction cooker with two Flexi zones and this does the job absolutely amazing good price compared to others

Very good hob. Very easy to use.
Was bought to replace our broken Hisense after an accident. This unit was a lot cheaper and so far has performed better. The controls are very easy to use. The duel ring function is very easy to engage unlike the Hisense version that was very hit and miss. Installation is easy. Unit comes with its own cable attached. It can be wired either single or across two phases. Being an induction hob you can use glass protectors when cooking to keep hob scratch free and looking new. For a sub £200 unit this is very good valve.

Easy to install and use!
Overall great looking product, very easy to install and use. This is my first induction hob, so I was a little surprised by the two different "noises" it produces when in use: a) fan - from underneath the hub, and b) some additional sounds from the individual heating areas when used. That said, with the frying going on as well as noise from extractor fan, it's turned out not to be as annoying as I thought it would be. Just be aware that if you are not used to your hob producing a sound, I think induction hobs are somewhat designed to do...

Much better than Bosch or Samsung
Bought a Samsung to replace a Bosch unit that had broken That I wasn’t impressed with so i sent back.I settled on this much cheaper ciarra hob after as the reviews are mostly good, some people complaining about the noise levels. But mine isn’t noisy at all, you can only hear it if you open the cutlery drawer underneath, and even then it isn’t that noisy. If you had an extractor on, you wouldn’t hear it at all.Honestly it’s low-cost and brilliant I’ve had mine for just over a year

Induction hob
Easy to replace with old hob as was orderd by correct size. Check your pots and pans are for Induction hobs. Other pots and pans will not work. Great money saver too.

Don't think paying more would get you a better hob
I've been thinking about My halogen hob for an induction unit for some time. To test induction cooking out I bought a number of portable units. This hob works as well as I expected. Although I've not tried other built in hobs, I don't think any of the more expensive unit would do anything different as they all seem to use the same sort of induction element. The only difference is the control electronics. My test portable unit all had trouble with low power cooking. I like doing some very slow cooking on the hob, and this was impossible. I'm happy to say this unit can do low power very well. I do have to say that my portable buffalo unit which is a full 3kW will still outperform the hob when it comes to very high power cooking, deep fat frying chips for instance or really searing a steak. The unit dropped into the hole of my other hob. I was worried as I didn't seem to have enough depth from the specification in the manual, but the unit isn't the maximum depth all over. The construction quality seems good and I've had no problems so far.The controls are a little slow to respond sometimes, this is the only area where improvement in the day to day use of the hob could be improved. But unless your going for a very high end unit I don't think paying more would get you anything substantially better. So far I'm happy with my leap.

Lasted 9 months then died.
This hob has been ok but today it refused to switch on, only 9 months after we bought it. It seems to go through a power on sequence but then only responds to the lock key.
