I bought this to store and show my sea shells that I have collected in my RV travels and it does exactly what I hoped. I gave this product 4 stars because the glass came loose, probably during shipping, and the corner of the pane chipped. I was able to reattach the glass, and the chip is not visible from the outside, so a return was not necessary. Though I do feel additional insulation packing would have prevented the issue. TIP: The box opens like a book making it easy to arrange shells on the glass. I used Kleenex as a filler and to hold shells in place. Makes for a lovely display.

Larger than expected.
I love this. It holds all my shells except one of my biggest ones. I see all the memories in every shell collected. I can't say enough about this. Absolutley one of my faves. Very well built. Very creative.
