First of all, let me just say how smooth this feels on the phone. The glass hardly ever collects grease and it is so easy to clean, just a swipe with a slightly damp washcloth and it's good as new. I got the protector with in two days of the order, though the packaging was slightly damaged. The installation is quick, and easy, and they provide all the tools to get it done the right way the first time, even a how to video. Once on correctly, it pushes the bubbles out seemingly on it's own, only taking slight pressure to push the rest out. The screen itself is completely see through, no haze or any kind of feeling like there is anything between your phone screen and your finger. It did nothing to affect the touch sensitivity on my phone, and while playing one of the many games I have, my fingers slide ever so easily across its surface. There is no issues with touch feedback at all. As for protection A+. I work a very labor heavy job and my phone takes a beating. Dropping it at least once a day this screen has held up exceedingly well. The scratches that DO manage to somehow get on there are so hardly noticeable that I forget they are even there unless I spot them at the right light angle. I have had these for going on 3 or 4 months now, the first one I took out of the packaging was already damaged, but the second was in top condition. I applied it, and it has saved my phone plenty of times, I stopped keeping count. However, one fateful day it happened. My phone landed on it's side and the screen protector cracked right down the center of the phone. This one, sadly, was very hard to miss. I contacted the seller, and after sending over the order number and other information they confirmed that I had a lifetime warranty. The way it normally works is that you would send back the two damaged screens, and they would send you replacements. I didn't realize I needed to keep both screens, and because one arrived damaged I threw it away. However because I had only had them for about 4 months, they simply asked me for a picture of the damaged screen currently on my phone, and sent me one replacement for it. I received the replacement within the week and now my phone is back to being properly protected. Highly recommend this protector for any smart phone. The quality and service provided is excellent and my experience with their customer support was flawless. 10/10 will buy again for my future phone upgrades

I have used various screen protection products on my phones, and this is the best in my view. It is very professionally thought out and the quality and application method is Great! Usually with most protectors you have to deal with air pockets or "bubbles" that are trapped between the phone's surface and the protector, but with this product, if applied slowly and correctly, the result is crystal clear and no bubbles that you have to work out to the screens edge. The included "Guide Stickers" as part of the install kit are extremely handy. When temporarily adhered to the top surface of the protector, you can guide the positioning of the protector precisely where you want it without having to hold onto the outer edge of the protector. This allows better control and visibility needed for proper placement. Once the protector starts to adhere to the phone's screen surface from the very top or bottom of the screen, the protector starts a continual "flow" toward the opposite top or bottom as you slowly lower the protector. If you don't rush the process, the result is no bubbles! The phone's touch sensitivity was the same as if I had no protector on it. IF you ran into a sensitivity issue, which you should not, the touch sensitivity level can be changed in the phone's Settings menu. The same adjustment would apply if you wanted the phone to respond when wearing gloves while using the phone. Along with the mentioned "Guides", the kit also has surface prep cleaners and cloths used before placing the protector on the screen. Lastly, the thickness of the protector is perfect and robust to protect the phone's screen, without any interference with outer phone protection cases. You won't be at all disappointed with this product. I just ordered more!

This is a great product. My only complaint is that it came with 2 separate sets of instructions: 1) a large "install guide" card- with 4 steps to installation. This instruction I followed. I had trouble with it which resulted in me cracking the screen protector. I had noticed that I had stickers that were not mentioned in the instructions. 2) I then went through the packaging and found a separate piece of paper that said please be sure to look at the video online before you install the product. Since I purchased a 2 pack, I could try the process again. I watched the video and was able to follow the revised and enhanced instructions and it worked beautifully.

Product is great quality, and video instructions were simple and clear. The design is better than the glass shield that AT$T store gave me when I bought this phone. It includes cutout for the power button , rather than just an indentation like my last one. And includes cutouts for all the geegaws at the top. The quality of the packaging is very nice too. In all, the fit is perfect, and the installation method is foolproof. The "hinges" that let you position it perfectly before exposing the adhesive it sheer genius. Once I removed the film and put it on the phone, it just adhered itself to about 70% of the surface area. With light pressure, the rest of it adhered, leaving just 2 small bubbles at the edges, which more pressure with the microfiber cloth eliminated 100%. Vendor was responsive when I asked a question on the website.
