The birds in our garden absolutely love this product, and the refills are so handy to use once you've already got the feeders set up in your garden. We've got these on subscription because they're so popular and we have hours of entertainment watching from our window. The larger birds (starlings, jackdaws magpies, rooks) tend to get to them first, taking big chunks out at a time, but when it's a little emptier then only the smaller birds (Robins, Tits, Finches) can get right into the feeder to empty it so it works for all.

Birds love it, especially during nesting season, easy to feed babies. Good value & great quality. Would have been five stars but didn’t come with a hanging chain.

The birds love this, used quite a few last year, now it’s winter, the sparrows and blue tits are already giving me the evil eye, they land on the empty one and look towards the window 😉

Easy way to refill the feeders, though I'm not too sure why you need to remove the pod (as suggested) - just push into the existing glass or plastic jar. Starlings love them, especially as they can't get to the seed feeders. The refills provide a smaller quantity than the glass or plastic jars, not too sure if it's as cost effective.

These are a big hit! I don't have the proper feeder and I'm just spooning the butter onto the feeders. I've also plonked a few hazelnuts in it to stop them rolling off! The squirrel absolutely loves the butter and sits with a chunk of it in its paws, chewing away. The sparrows also like it and it's gone within minutes each morning. I’ve had these a few times now, when I first bought them the birds went mad for them, I couldn’t keep up, however, the last two batches I’ve had have not been the same, different packaging but they smell really fatty like old grease and the birds aren’t as keen either. It’s a shame as they really were great and convenient to refill. I’ve had 3 on my bird table since beginning of December, the birds have hardly touched them???
