Dr. Squatch Natural Deodorant for Men - Odor-Squatching Aluminum Free - Fresh Falls (2.65 oz)

I was way too late to hop on the natural deodorant train. I will never go back to aluminum-based antiperspirants that end up failing anyway and horribly staining my shirts. This stuff works! Heavy activities like long hikes, playing soccer, the gym, even just walking on very hot, summer days - Dr. Squatch keeps my pits from smelling foul. The top complaints I read on most reviews are that it either glumps together or stains your shirt. If this is the case, you are putting WAY too much on. A little (2-3 swipes) goes a long way. I made this mistake early on, too, and got white streaks on some shirts. However, these "stains" come out with water and an old toothbrush instead of those awful yellow aluminum stains which can take forever to try and remove. The biggest complaint I agree with is the price, which considering a little goes far and each little tube lasts me about 2 months, is not super bad. Yes, there is a lot of hype and commercials, but this stuff really does work. I'm a huge fan and will continue to buy and sing their praises. Even if the Squatch isn't your thing, I suggest trying other natural deodorants and to leave the crappy aluminum train once and for all. I've tried all 5 scents here on Amazon (more are available on the website apparently) and here is my opinion: Fresh Falls: I thought I would like this one the most but ended up liking it the least. It is a little too feminine for me and smells a little too much like laundry and powder. Would DEFINITELY NOT buy again. Alpine Sage: It's an acquired smell. Smells a little too much like an herb garden to me, like how sage or rosemary can get too overpowering. This was my first tube and the only one with which I got streaks, but that may just be learning to not use too much. Would probably NOT buy again. Pine Tar: Probably my favorite. It's pine but not an obnoxious, air freshener pine. Subtle enough and very pleasant. Would totally buy again. Bay Rum: Perfect name. May be a little too sweet smelling for some, but I love it. The masculine undertones (like a spiced rum) make it a winner in my book. Should be a solid cologne option from them! Would buy again. Birchwood Breeze: This is the most subtle of the lot by a mile. Has a very faint sweet smell but very neutral, unisex. Perfect for a professional setting compared to the others. Would buy again. (Dr. Squatch should consider selling a cheap little sampler or scratch and sniff card to give people an idea which scent works best for them.)

My 12 year old son and husband love this product. They both say they can work outside all day during the summer and not stink when they get home from the hay field late in the evening. It does run out quickly and the price should be cheaper in my opinion.

The product is expensive it costs over $20 and it’s about the same size as an old spice brand stick. You can label this as an “organic” deodorant. What I mean by that it does not contain the aluminum ingredient that is in regular brands such as Old Spice. That aluminum ingredient clogs your pores to limit sweating. The Dr Squatch brand offers a few different scents that smell very good, my personal favorite is the fresh falls scent. One thing to keep in mind is your gonna have to apply this product to your pits every so often all depending on what your doing. Since this product doesn’t have the pore clogging aluminum. It’s going to make your pores discharge toxins and other impurities in your body. It may sound funny when I say this but smell yourself every now again. Your armpits may stank after awhile as this is what happens when your armpits pores aren’t clogged. So I encourage you to carry this around with you and re apply as needed.

First time buying a Dr Squatch product. I got the "fresh falls" deodorant. Smells really good, my best description would be it smells fresh like you just got out of the shower 🤷‍♂️. The good; I found that if it's more of a casual day and I'm not being physically active or sweating a lot, the deodorant works well and you can really smell the fresh scent all day. The not so good; I work road construction so I'm outside in the sun all day physically moving and of course sweating a lot. At the end of my shift I can no longer smell the fresh scent of the deodorant and unfortunately I smell. But too be fair I haven't found a deodorant yet that can last all day after one of my work shifts. But over all I'm happy with it and I would buy it again. Might try one of the soaps this time too.

After stealing my husbands to try, I instantly fell in love with this deodorant!! I swear there is a underarm sweat curse that was cast on the women on my fathers side for eternity. Ever since I was young I’d sweat profusely no matter what the weather was or what I was wearing! Very embarrassing as a teenage girl and even as I got older. I’ve tried certain-dry which hurts, but works for a while. All the “best” deodorants in the stores, both men & women. Used other natural brands that did absolutely nothing. For over a decade I’ve been battling against the never ending underarm sweat, smell, and stains. THIS HAS CHANGED EVERYTHING!!! It actually truly works, and I’m still amazed a stick later. I usually put it on twice a day & wash my armpits in between if I don’t shower. I sweat that much! Once at night when I put my PJs on and then again the next day when I get dressed. My armpits have never smelt so good & I no longer have to worry about a puddle under my pits 24/7. Highly recommended giving this deodorant a shot!!

I have been in a quest to find an aluminum free deodorant ever since old spice stopped working for me. Took 2 years of trying many other brands before I finally landed on Dr Squatch. I have weight lifted, gone running, hiking, to the beach with this deodorant and it has held up to every task without fail. What I’ve learned is that just 2 strokes is enough. Anything more and it’s too much for your nose and your clothes. No nauseating perfume scent all day, and no white streaks in the shirts. All in all I highly recommend for everyday activities. Wouldn’t recommend for camping where bears exist though, the scent is very strong. In fact probably best to use another brand a few days before as I believe this deodorant could certainly attract unwanted guests in the wild.

I give this 3 stars because my first purchase went so well I bought it again. However, when I ordered more the second batch arrived melted. Is it just a shipping and or heat problem? I don't know. Just taking the clear protector off the top destroyed it because the deoderant was melted and stuck to it and pulled some out. When it's melted it sticky and gooey, and trying to use it results way too much gel in your pits, and then soaking through your shirts. I also noticed white spots on my shirts with the first non-melted batch, but wasn't sure it was from old deodorant or not, but now I know for sure its caused by this. It's not a huge deal as you can just rub your t-shirt together and it somewhat disappears, and I think it can eventually wash off if you don't stuff too much laundry in the washer. Other than that it smells good, and for a natural deodorant lasted longer than Old Spice and Right Guard. Not sure if I will buy more, they need to find a more heat stable formula.

love the squatch product line. another great smelling product. they have the market cornered on the scent side of similar products. little pricey but squatch always justifies it.
