Very easy to swap out. Took about 5 minutes with not tools. The clips that hold the lights in have a nice surface area that can be tapped with a blunt object if need be, but everything else was really straightforward. I suggest attaching the two pieces that hang out of the bottom to the wiring for the lights, just some support. They put out good, clear light. I normally don’t go for lighting over 4000k, but it’s okay for car exterior.
