effective sleep aid with no side effects
A fantastic aid to sleep. I am postmenopausal and sleeping through the night is an issue. I wake in the small hours. These chamomile tea tablets work wonders, I get back to sleep for a couple of hours waking refreshed with no discernible side effects. My husband finds it helpful too.

50mg no effect 100mg no effect Didn't help me to stay asleep. It might help others to fall asleep but I don't have that issue.

Does not make me sleepy
I bought this as it was recommended as a sleep supplement, but on the nights I take it I have trouble sleeping and my deep sleep goes down to 20-30 minutes. I had high hopes for this but I cannot recommend it as a sleep aid. No idea about the other claims it makes, as I will not take it anymore and just bin the rest.

Sleep Cocktail Wonder Supplement!
I've been taking this as part of the Huberman Sleep Cocktail and I can honestly say it's the most effective supplement I've ever taken in my life. Hard to believe it's a simple over the counter supplement when it has such dramatic effects. Basically induces REM sleep all night long. My watch keeps reminding me "you've had the best night's sleep in the last 90 days", and it just keeps getting better!
