Practical way to utilize CPU psu port to connect more GPUs
Excellent and allowed me to utilize the extra CPU 8 pin on the PSU to connect an extra 2 GPUs. Just be sure your PSU is on the compatible list.

did what it was supposed to
I needed an extra cable for my corsair 750 W power supply , and this one worked perfectly. It plugged right in and it was long enough to reach my graphics card. It also matches the other cables perfectly.

I bought this cable so that I could use a borrowed EVGA 3080 ti (with three 8pin connectors), and now I'm using it with my 3080 Ventus. Works great, no problems with load, never got too hot.
