these tape head cleaning pads work very well, the pads are soaked with cleaning solution and not just damp. they removed even more oxide from the heads, capstan and guides than previous pads. i can definitely hear clearer music after using these pads. i would buy again. p.s after using these cleaning pads the heads on my reel to reel are much cleaner than just using 99% alcohol and gauze. my tapes sound more life like than the previous method the great music is back.
