I didn’t get my monkey
I won’t buy it again, but I didn’t really have any quality issues. What I received was not old or dry or at all hard (and I have terrible teeth). I thought it was pretty bitter, but to be fair, I’m not a huge dark chocolate fan. Alter Eco seemed bitter to me too. They definitely aren’t Hershey’s. I was trying to go for healthier and 60% of my choice was the adorable monkey. If the monkey had been there I would probably retry the brand. I guess I should’ve glanced at the reviews.

Very disappointed in quality
When I opened it up the chocolate looked as if it was very old or had melted and solidified again. It was pale and powdery. As much as I paid for it I expected a good quality chocolate. I couldn't return it and it certainly wasn't edible. I definitely will not order from this company again!
