Beautiful, strong, effective useful tool. I stand straighter using a walking stick that I do with my cane. Plus there is more to hang onto and pull yourself up with from a sitting position. I own several Brazos sticks and canes. The hickory stick is the prettiest and strongest in my opinion, and my favorite. I'm 6' 285lbs and this twisted hickory stick supports my weight. Be prepared to get noticed while using this stick because it stands out with uniqueness and beauty, lots of complements and inquires on where I got it. Best of all, it's made in America!

Beautiful stick that I bought to use when walking for two reasons, my balance is almost non-existent, and there tends to be a lot of dogs out and about and not all are friendly, I believe this walking stick will do the trick in helping them move on! Very good craftsmanship and was perfect for my height, which is 5'7".

What I saw I got, exactly. At 5 ft 8 inches tall, my walking stick comes almost to my neck. It is well made and strong. Packing was outstanding. They did a professional job in making this product and packing it. I highly recommend it.

Have been using my walking stick for a little while now and it has made for longer walks in the morning for me. I've had some health issues that have prevented me from doing walks so this is something new that I'm doing (getting back into exercising). I'm in my 50s so yes, balance is becoming a concern of mine. I will admit it took me a couple of days to get relaxed and used to it but I will not be doing any walkabouts without it. It has also recently saved me from a couple of slip and falls as in our neighborhood we've had some recent heavy rains. Most of the sidewalks are covered in mud and I caught myself twice doing a slip instead of a step. Very grateful that both times, didn't come close to going down and didn't slip enough to hurt my back either. Certainly a win-win for me. Made sturdy and I do appreciate the leather strap to wrap around my wrist - didn't use the first day and found myself dropping it but once I put the strap on, ease of use without dropping it. I am hopeful that I will be able to get back into hiking maybe by next summer and look forward to using this for hiking instead of doing morning walks through the neighborhood.

Excellent walking stick. Safer to use than a cane in my opinion. The Brazo enables an easier and more stable transfer getting in/out of chairs. The walking stick prevents you from leaning forward as with a cane. I’ve received multiple compliments on the “look” of the stick. Solid product and purchase.

If you have a person in your life that has everything they need or want then this is a great gift. It’s very simple and beautiful.. not to mention can actually help someone keep their footing. If they choose to not to use it then it can add to the decor of a room. I feared the person would take it as an insult to walking or hiking, but exactly the opposite . Yay ! They love it!

Wow, really impressed with the quality and sturdiness of my purchase, whether walking my Dog through woods or rough terrain or even walking around town with my Dog it is very comfortable and user friendly. Very Good Buy.

This walking stick is very well made. Eye catching and very sturdy. I will be using it hiking very soon. No complaints here other than the packaging- this came in a box so huge you would think I got a big screen TV delivered. Kind of wasteful in my opinion even though my order was very safe in it I suggest as a company that something like this come in a tube.

The product was beautifully hand crafted by Jesse Cole and I'm extremely pleased with every aspect of my purchase.I will use the stick to aid my mobility as I am a senior.

The stick I received was twisted as expected but also crooked ! So I cut off the crooked part and replaced the rubber end and found it suited me better as I prefer a shorter stick for walking... A really seasoned stick of hickory looks like it might last a long time.

This is a really good hiking stick - absolutely solid and provides invaluable support for hiking. No sign whatsoever of flex or give with this hickory stick, even when I put a lot of weight on it. However, this stick is on the heavier side, one notices this after several hours of hiking - just switch hands! The heavier weight is more than compensated for the rock solid support that it provides. I wouldn't recommend this stick for someone looking for a more lightweight stick though.
