Great Book.
I find this book great. It gives you an overview of what has changes and the details will follow in the text. I have honestly not read through the entire pages so would not be able to comment regarding the content of this book (Honestly ! who am I to comment on the contents- those who wrote are experts in the field).

This book is huge and heavy. I am retired now but it seems like there is frequently something I want to look up. I have found everything I was looking for so far.

Problems with Kindle edition.
excellent book. I buy it every other year in the form of the print book. This year I bought the Kindle edition. problem with the end chapters on labs and other laboratory chapters 6-7 of them not available in kindle edition. these for download from the publisher. After lengthy back and forth e mails not able to download with the links they have provided. its for institutions or subscription only. In the future I will not buy the Kindle edition. I know the kindle edition is convenient to carry and readable big fonts too. But important chapters, unable to download is a big problem. Hope they include these in the kindle edition itself instead of downloading for individuals and retirees.

I believe it can be a good textbook for medical student and trainee. As a general practitioner I have been looking for book about general medicine to stay up to date on common topics , but I unfortunately found the content of this book to be way too basic to be helpful . S.T MD
