16'' Double Handle Cheese Knife

I bought this to slice our cheese. We always buy wheels and this is top drawer. Like a knife through butter! One could use it on about anything. I cut lemons for use making lemon water. This will also cut meat great. This holds an edge really good. Hell of a good product and priced real fair. You will love it

Bought for my girlfriend’s cheesecake business. Works great! She cuts cheesecakes into bite size pieces to serve on party trays.

This makes cutting homemade marshmallows (after a little pan spray) and even cuts on brownies. Works great and stays sharp!

Always was afraid of cutting up large fruit with a regular knife. Could never get a clean, line cut and always worried about breaking the knife. This monster, slides right through watermelons, pineapples with ease. Easy enough to so fine work as well (separating the fruit from the rind. Cleaning up pineapple cubes). Have used it for cutting meat and pasta as well. Wish I'd bought one before now.

I really never intended to use this as a cheese knife. I love to bake and this knife is perfect for evenly cutting bar cookies, brownies, foccacia, etc. It's terrific for that. I'll try it on melons this summer!

I purchased this to cuty large slab brownies. It's very sturdy and both handles make it easy to use. Sharp enough for the brownie, Great length as well.
