Malfunctioned after 10 months / Resolved fast by manufacturer!
Worked fine when first purchased. Quick and easy to analyze mix. Used on two dive trips then put away for 6 months with batteries removed. Then it would not calibrate to 20.9% . Used new batteries still not working properly. I think the sensor may have died.Contacted manufacturer through their website e mail. Sarah got back to me within one day with a recommendation to fix issue. When that didn't work she immediately arranged for a replacement unit, which I received within a week. A good product but even better : Great customer service!!

Good analyzer, poor case design
For the money this analyzer is excellent. The case however is a poor design and has been well documented in several reviews. I read the reviews before purchasing and expected the same issue before I made the purchase. I followed the recommendation in the reviews to remove the center section of the foam in the case to take the pressure off of the buttons in order to prevent the unit from turning on. You would think that the manufacturer would correct this design flaw.If you remove the center section of the foam and place the unit face down, it will resolve this issue. If you purchase, make sure you have AAA batteries on hand before it arrives. Odds are you'll have to replace them when you first unpackage the unit.

used to monitor levels in an O2 chamber for pets
This works well to test the O2 concentration right from the line of the oxygen concentrator and also to test the ambient level of O2 in the cage we set up to be an O2 chamber for our special care pets. I've accidentally left it on a few times for a couple hours and the batteries haven't died. This amazes me since it must be doing quite a bit of work. The mechanics must be fairly efficient. I like to color, the font size, the simple buttons. I wish the face lit up (maybe it does- I didn't read the manual) so we could read it from outside the cage. What would make it even better for out purposes would be a remote (hardwired would be fine) display or a way to set a chime if O2 level rises or drops out of the selected range

turns on in case
ArAfter reading the reviews the only negative that I saw was that it turns on in its storage case. TRUE! I t arrived with dead batteries, I would give it a 1 for that. Installed new batteries, works great. Stored it in the case and after a minute opened the case and it was ON. Modified the case, tried a couple different ways from cutting straw and setting in it, worked great and then cut the foam and formed around the buttons and placed on top. Love the product, HATE THE CASE. Will find another way to pack it. Sorry Would I buy it again or recommend to a friend- YES, DEFINITELY

Analyzer worked great for almost 2 years
The O2 Analyzer works great. It is easy to use and the way it passes air over the sensor is far simpler than any other analyzer that I've ever used. Just shy of 2 years the analyzer starting giving clearly erroneous measurements. I contacted Forensics and returned the device to them, apparently the sensor had failed, even though it was out of warranty they sent me a new unit. Couldn't be happier.
