This ain't no fort knox but it works well enough for intended use

I ordered this for work for employees to drop private documents outside of my office door when I am not available to take them personally. It is the exact size it states and can hold documents securely. It mounted on the wall easily and the bright red color stands out well. It is great for keeping documents securely inside once they are placed there so they cannot be removed once dropped inside as the slit across the top is just small enough to get them in but not pull them back out without using the key and folding it outward to open it. It is good quality metal and while I imagine it could be dented or tampered with if someone really wanted to break into it, that would take some time getting in to and very difficult to do. I am in an enclosed office environment so it would be pretty obvious. Plus the color is a big deterrent as well. But it is exactly what I wanted so I am very pleased with this little drop box!

Sturdy, well made box

The product is exactly as described and great quality! Actually perfect except the damage (the box itself wasn’t damaged. I would typically exchange it; however, I need it for a very specific purpose this week … now I get to attempt to repair it because the turn around time to do a return and replace will exceed my timeline.

This is a great product for keeping rent checks secure until they are processed.

I ordered this for my husband - he is a vice principal at a school. We mounted it on his office door, so that when he is needed to be out of his office, working around the school, teachers & office workers can put memos, phone messages, mail, etc... in the box - instead of sliding papers under his door (which could easily get lost) or trying to locate him when he returns (which saves time). We even attached a name plate to the front of the box to make it more personable. Looks great and works perfectly for his needs.
