It works amazing so far
This graphics card is perfect and quiet and it's also very easy to install and it's quite bigger than I expected but that's not a problem.I have a Ryzen 5 3600 8gb ddr4 3200mhz ram and this gpu gets constant 180fps in fortnite and it runs very smooth in gta5 high settings I've had it for 4 days and it's been performing great so far.

Great Product, but wish I could afford a 1080 TI
I bought this product for my new gaming rig, but have installed it into my old one until the rest of the parts come in. The first thing i noticed about this card is it is massive, bigger by half than the GTX 670 I had in my previous rig. Yet, despite its size, the GPU went in without a hitch and seems fairly well supported by the case screws, though I'm not sure I would leave it in a PCIE slot that isn't reinforced for long. The GPU comes with a disk that contains the drivers and MSI afterburner, but since I don't have a CD drive on my rig, I let windows do it's thing and then ran Geforce to ensure the drivers were up to date. Once everything was good to go I ran a few benchmarks and the results were pretty good, but i believe my AMD processor was bottlenecking the GPU. If I could afford it I would have bought a 1080 TI or at least a 1070 and I'm sure that would have blown my mind, but this GPU was exactly what I was expecting for the price and performs considerably better then my 670. I would recommend it to anyone looking for one of the best GPU on a midline budget, but if you can spring the extra money go for the 1070 or 1080

Definitely A Good Upgrade To Consider
Upgrading to this GTX1060 Armor from my old MSI HD6850 Cyclone was like using a whole new computer. I went from playing most games with settings on low/medium to playing pretty much every game with all settings on High and some even on Ultra. I can't believe I waited so long to upgrade. Moreso, I can't believe how HUGE the difference, considering that this is in a computer I built 8 years ago and haven't barely changed since, other than also upgrading my ram when I bought this card. I've put this card through some torture testing with MSI Kombustor, on standard clock settings, and it never broke 132 degrees. While actually gaming, it's not been over 127 degrees. Granted, my case has four 140mm fans, one 80mm fan, and four 120mm fans (5 push / 4 pull) with with a fairly strong positive pressure inside, so it usually stays at a decent temperature inside. All of the times I've actually remembered to check it, the fans on the card haven't gotten over 45% while gaming. I'm not even actually sure if they're loud at 100%, because that hasn't happened yet. I highly recommend this card. It's looks good, performs great, and stays nice and cool.

Excellent video upgrade for the money (some minimal pc updates may be needed before successful installation)
Works fabulously! I replaced a gtx 550ti & there are definite improvements. It inserted easily, but did not work. My bios was outdated & had to update (original build was 2012). Once I updated the bios - the 1060 process was flawless. A handful of minor pc display adjustments across the HDTV & second HD monitor - general day to day screen viewing has improved, nice to have 2 hdmi outputs. Able to stream from xbox one to pc now (relatively unimportant). Only minimal improvements noted on current Steam games so far (as the games I have, ran well under the 550ti). Biggest difference will be the ability to play newer / better Steam games at higher settings. I enjoy my xbox one console, but no doubt that PC gaming can produce far better video results. I did alot of animation rendering with the 550ti, have not tested with the 1060. My primary purpose for the 1060 upgrade is gaming.

Good graphics performance, poor manufacturing.
The GTX 1060 is a great GPU for current games at 1080 (actually I get good FPS at 1920x1200). However, I cannot give this one a good rating because one of the fans intermittently fails to turn on, while the other then kicks into full speed. I have to open the case and just move the fan slightly and it will immediately start spinning and the other one will almost immediately drop down so that they are both spinning silently. This began just a few weeks after getting it. No bueno! Update: 2017-08-16: My son also purchased one of these, against my advice, in April... now at almost exactly 4 months later, it has failed. Within a short time of entering graphics mode (as opposed to the bootup text mode), it will begin displaying a corrupted image. Shortly thereafter, the computer will lock up altogether. Testing several times by swapping in and out a different video card isolated the problem as the GPU; updating drivers to the latest did not help. Thoroughly disappointed. Update: 2017-08-31: My son's replacement card arrived this morning. We'll see how this one does. Upgrading review to three stars for a speedy RMA and assuming there are no problems with this one.

A Great 1060 for the Price
Pros- This was a great upgrade from my MSI R7 370, It has 6gb of VRAM and performs like a beast. When I launch overwatch I can run the game at 60 fps, and really, really quietly too. This is a overall really great product and I recommend getting it. Cons- None so far =)

high end of budget cards, but worth the price
The amount of ram is kinda overkill for most games since there are few that can actually use the entire 6gb, but for a budget card, you cant really go wrong. I have had no problems at all with this card, no bluescreens, no driver restarts, no heating issues and its been smooth running. its at the high end of the budget cards, but generally speaking ive had nothing but problems (mostly related to cooling) from cheaper models which lead to restarts crashing and all sorts of frustrating problems

Really good card.
I upgraded from an R9 280X to this monster. Needless to say I am very pleased with the performance. Update: Almost 2 years going strong. This card is very good, but now with the 1660 ti out I would recommend getting that instead since it performs better, and the prices are about the same. Second update: No signs of stopping. This card is still superb and runs pretty much anything I throw at it. I will be upgrading to a 3070 so I can play VR games in high fidelity. Until then.

I ordered this card to replace my AMD r9 280x and wow oh wow. Installed in 10 minutes with no issues whatsoever. Right off the bat it performed beautifully with everything game I through at it. Very little coil whine and the fans are extremely quite even when the card is under load. The MSI Afterburner software is easy to use and is very helpful in monitoring temperature and clock speeds. I highly recommend this card, such a great value and I am over the top pleased with how beautiful my games run now.

The GTX1060 has made the game "Mass Effect: Andromeda", UNBELIEVABLE!! This card has given a substantial jump in graphics on all my pc games. I was thoroughly amazed at the crispness of the graphics and the quietness of the fans with my system. I have actually went back to my older games to play them and see the incredible graphics shown. I would suggest to any gamer to upgrade to the 1060 - 1080 series NVidia cards, based on price, availability, and graphics, has made me a believer in a good graphics card.
