Poor quality and doesn't keep water xold

My Grandbaby of 16months loves the cup because she can do it herself.

It holds water without leaking and the print is cute. However, since it was stainless steel, I expected it to be insulated. I now know that in order for a water bottle to be insulated and sweat-proof, it has to be double-walled. This is single walled. It is very cold to hold the bottle (it hurts to touch...it is so cold), it gets sweaty, the ice melts, then it gets to room-temperature. Also, when I try to air-dry upside down, there is a little lip/ledge on the inside rim that holds a ledge of water. I have to hand dry on the inside. I don’t put my containers in the cabinet unless completely dry to prevent mold. Spend your money on something that is double-walled!

My almost two year old loves it, but does struggle a bit with flipping up the straw top that keeps it from spilling. She gets the concept to close it, but gets frustrated trying to reopen. Short term problem as I know she will figure it out / get better with it as she gets a bit older. Otherwise, she loves it.

my girl loves unicorns and this was the best size for water and design. I thought it would be too small for water bottle but the bigger ones we have had always wastes water. this sizing is excellent for my five year old.
