Good basic security camera
This is our first security camera. We actually bought 2 E20s and 1 E40 solo cam. They were easy to set up with my iPhone 8. And picture quality, night and daytime, is really good. Motion sensors so far, have been perfect. We haven’t had them very long, so we are still experimenting a bit.We love the fact we don’t have to sign up for a subscription to anything. It’s all right there on your phone. These are simple, affordable cameras, and they do what we need them to do. So far, I would definitely recommend these cameras to someone with similar security needs.

after a few hiccups, I'm so happy with these cameras
I purchased two of these cameras and their recommended solar panels. It took a little while of setting it up and figuring out which settings allowed the charging of the battery by the solar panel and such. In the end, after the tinkering, these are no-nonsense cameras come on and record as expected. The solar panels keep the batteries fully charged even here in the cloudy Seattle, WA area. Very happy with the customer service and that when they are set up and working it's a very easy security system. I can view the videos even when out of town to see who has been on the property. Night and daytime videos are clear and I love that I can set up "zones" within the picture so that my trees swaying in the breeze don't trigger the camera to record. Love, love these cameras.

Best Camera Yet. Almost 5 stars.
We are very happy with this camera.I have multiple Kasa cameras that we use for indoor live monitoring. We were looking for a battery operated camera to use for outdoors (wasn’t impressed with the Kasa options) and decided to give this a try. While mixing systems is something I heavily avoid, the Eufy security camera has been a delight. The motion detection is phenomenal and it is very easy to set up zones. We have a street and parking out from and I only receive notifications for individuals walking up the stairs.Notifications are immediate. There is close to zero lag (Something I experience with Kasa cameras. Kasa sends a notification after the action occurred).A known negative of this system, there no cloud storage. This is only a problem if someone steals your camera (all the files are saved in the camera). The advantage of local storage is that you don’t have to pay a monthly cloud fee. One of the benefits of the Eufy system is that you may download files from the device remotely (which is a nice non-cloud service). The battery life is great. 2.5 months of use and we are at 40% battery. Zero complaints. Why 4 stars? I would give it 4.5 if I could…. And want to give it 5 stars. As a product, the camera deserves 5 stars. The app, deserves 3. The good: Notifications are quick, UI is Intuitive, and live streaming works well. The bad: viewing and downloading saved videos is a hassle. The quality is great, but it takes time and is very laggy. You need patience. Out of frustration, I set my camera up to auto save/ transfer events to a network drive that I have quick access too (but I know most people do not have this resource).Long story short, this is a surprisingly great camera. I will likely switch to Eufy security cameras going forward.

Best Camera for the price
I was looking for a camera to monitor my driveway after a car burglary. I wanted that a camera that was inexpensive, came with an easy to use app, easy installation, and was battery operated. I was able to purchase the camera when it had a coupon so the price was 69.99. The app is super easy to use, and pairing was a breeze. Being battery operated allows installation without worrying about electrical wiring, allowing you to place it just where you want it. Installation required just 2 screws. The camera has 8gb of built in memory that will hold an abundance of video clips. The clips can be downloaded if needed. The camera is 1080p and picture is excellent with crisp night vision. The best part in there is no monthly service service charge for cloud storage or monitoring. The app allows 3 levels of power management, optimal power saving, optimal monitoring, and custom. Changing the power management setting will noticeably impact the battery power. Motion detection also has multiple settings and can be a bit of a challenge. Detection can be set to levels 1 to 7, human detection or all motion, and also can be set for zones. Changes to motion detection can also impact battery life. I am not totally satisfied with the motion detection settings and I continue to make adjustments, however I feel that all of the other benefits check all the right boxes that makes this a great value for the money. I have purchased a solar panel for the camera so I won’t have to worry about charging the battery which will also customization of the motion detection and power management setting without fear of drawing the battery. Even with the price of the solar panel, the overall price is less then $100.

14 months in and it's failing
Just like everyone else- I'm having battery issues even though it's hooked up to a solar panel. That means it disconnects from the Internet and won't reconnect until I hold the reset button down. I don't know it's disconnects until I check the app and realize it hasn't recorded anything. The worst part is I had this mounted under the front porch roof. It wasn't completely protected from the weather, but it should have only gotten a tiny bit of rain on it when the wind was really blowing. What a hunk of crap and waste of money. I'm out $150 between the camera and the solar panel.

Great wireless security camera
This camera blew away my expectations, I read through the 3 stars and made a judgement call. For 70$ (got it on a discount) it’s great! Tracks movement ~30 feet away and the quality isn’t too bad. Night vision is good but I installed it above my garage above a light so no problem with seeing at night in the first place. 130 degree fov. Easy to install, battery hasn’t died or seen it deplete at all (only had it for a week). And as a plus I got it in one day. I think my next one will be the wireless eufy solar panel model as the pic quality seems far superior to this one
