Antique Backwash Shampoo Unit

First chair received cracked because the heavy metal foot stool was not packaged and flying around the box. The second chair they would not send to my current address even though I moved. Now the drain kit is broken and needs replaced because it is a specialty item and I cannot find at any hardware store anywhere. It's a pretty chair and sink but not when water is flowing everywhere when I'm washing my client's hair from faulty/ broken plumbing parts.
