For personal use
Bought this in jan 2025, and in normal use, mostly in winters . It’s been a year and still working fine. I am using for my father mostly in night to help in breathing issue. For me it was best purchase. I hope it will keep working. Will update next year again.

The item is not working after 1 month
Trying to reach customer care, not getting a responce from them. I sent a message, and they said 24 houses the company would contact, but no one has connected to me. What I will do now? Need help soon.

Oxygen is a life saving device one should not sell these type of faulty machines to customers
Very bad not working only after 1 month and company says 1 week exchange warranty only which has expired and they cannot do anything

Making unnecessary sounds which to loud!
Loud noise! Some srew were not tensed enough! Its stopped working! Atleast don’t send old machines for patient. I can’t even return it.

Not working day one and I Thik used one Don’t by it. This is cheap ,over hiting not work more than one minute
