This is a great product, no messy grout to deal with and clean. No stone to cut. Not difficult to install.

Highly durable and sturdier than expected. They were easy to install right over our existing shower tile and so far they hold up well. We ordered the black ice and love the color. It looks and feels like slate. We used Loctite tub and shower adhesive to install and then sealed it with GE 100% waterproof sealant. We didn't need a saw like others mentioned, only an exacto knife and a small hand saw. I highly recommend taping the tiles before applying the sealant, because the tiles are matte and the sealant is a nightmare to remove if you get it on the face of the tiles. I started by taping the corners (pictured) and then it was quick to connect the corners with tape and seal in between. Just remember to stop and remove the tape as you go while the sealant is still wet, otherwise you will remove the sealant along with the tape.

This is a fantastic product, so much that I’ve used it on two bathroom remodels. Installs with a little planning and your choice of adhesive(silicone in my case). Cuts easy on the a miter saw but suppose any kine saw and the ability to cut a clean line will do. I used the corner kit on both. Didn’t kill my budget either.🤙🏼

Love how these tiles look. So much easier than real tile since you don’t need to use grout. Easy to clean and easy to install. The edges do break quite easily so you have to be extra careful when cutting them to size. I ended up having to order another box so I would suggest calculating your square footage and getting 2 boxes extra just to be sure you have enough. The color is exactly as shown in photos and I love that they’re made in the USA.

The video makes it sound easy but not for a shower when you have to add the silicone. Trying to move it once inside the corner trim to make it lock is very hard. We got it done and it looks nice. Easier than tiling though.

This tile shower kit I bought was the best thing! Easy to install and my bathroom looks great! No grout! I will purchase again for my other bathroom and even for a backsplash for my kitchen! Thank you Palisades! Very happy with the color Ashten Slate! Very durable and good quality! Lots of different colors to choose from.

Perfect for any design and easy to assemble

This product is very nice and it is beautiful when finished. It's an easy project for a DIY'er and probably for those who don't consider themselves as such. My wife and I selected the Carrara Marble product (see photo) and love it! It installs quickly with one of the recommended adhesives that you can find in the manufacturer's FAQ on their site. I used the Loctite Power Grab Ultimate that I found at Home Depot and it worked great. Highly recommend the manufacturer's installation videos. One note on those though...in the videos they never mention being sure to install the product with the groove part of the tongue-and-groove facing up. I had to read that in the written installation instructions. That seems to be a pretty important fact that the video should cover. One note of caution: if you elect to cut this product with a power tool (I used a table saw), be prepared for a mess. This will be less of a problem for those with a shop or if it is nice weather and you can cut outside. The problem is that the PVC "sawdust" is very clingy - which is to say, is electrostatically charged. It gets everywhere - especially on you! I elected to score (with a sharp utility knife) and snap the last couple pieces and while it takes a bit longer, since you have to cut the score a bit deep to get a clean edge (never as clean as with a power saw) I would likely do the next project with this product, that way. One other note about the star ratings that Amazon asks for. I wasn't quite sure how to rate "Easy to remove". What??? In the end I gave it a 1-star because if I ever did need to remove it from the sub-base I installed it on (painted sheetrock) I would be prepared to have to tear out the entire sheetrock sub-base. That Power Grab adhesive is PERMANENT!. SO, I think the question is kind of silly. Removing this stuff would be no different that removing ceramic or porcelain tile. Specifically, be prepared to destroy the sub-base.

This product is of top notch quality and looks amazing. We didn’t want to go through the hassle of using tile and grout. Nor did we want to use a tub surround that eventually yellows over time and sometimes can crack easily due to being acrylic. We saw this product on Amazon, researched it, and decided to give it a try. We are not disappointed!! We ordered 4 boxes and one trim kit that gives a nice finishing look. It was very easy to use and installation with no hassles. We are very happy with the finished product and so pleased with our new bathroom Reno. As mentioned, the quality of this material is excellent!! I also had a question and contacted the company and they were very responsive and resolved it immediately!! Would definetly recommend this product to anyone looking to do a bathroom Reno. Go for it! You will not be dissapointed!

We are entrepreneurs and have to renovate a very small bathroom with a lot of restrictions. We were looking for a lightweight and waterproof product that can easily be installed on thin panels. It has to be easy to manipulate/cut as we have a window and a niche inside the shower.We wanted to have a luxurious look and this product was perfect. The shipping was fast and arrived before the expected date. The customer service was wonderful and helpful. I will definitely use it again in the future!

Great tiles, unfortunately FedEx was a bit rough with a few boxes. They ship two boxes together, which makes for a heavy package and FedEx clearly dropped one on the corner. Palisades made it right, their customer service promptly replaced the broken tiles and I was able to complete a nice install. There's videos on YouTube if you want some good tips and instructions. I did a full bath surround and was heavy on the glue and silicone, using just over 3 tubes of gorilla construction glue and 1.5 silicone. That includes silicone beads between each tile, along the tub, the corners (I don't like look of the Palisades corner and edging), top and ends. I then put a peel and stick edge and it looks great. My bathroom is brighter, and I took the opportunity to change the shower head and faucet. Overall a great upgrade over a weekend. Highly recommend.
