Can i use this in my pool as a new liner? My current one has tiny little hole everywhere from my gravel

No. This item needs to be placed on the gravel prior to setting up the pool in order to protect the pool liner from getting those small holes. It is a geo-textile felt like material that protects the pool from sharp edges and plant life from damaging the pool. The picture depicts the pool as the blue liner sitting on top of the grey liner pad. Mine happens to be white and does an excellent job at protecting my pool.

Can I use this for a pond?

It will not hold the water in the pond. But, I guess you could use it as a liner under the barrier that would hold the water.

Should i use 2 pads for dirt ground/lawn?

I only use one felt lined under my 12ft pool and it seems to be just fine. We did take the time to clear all grass and stones out first.
