Best vitamin company I have ever delt with
Usana is by far the best vitamins I have ever taken. I have tried several whole food vitamins, capsules and tablets, and have had problems with heartburn or having them get stuck in my esophagus. Usana is more bio-absorbable and I never have that problem. They have the purest vitamins on the market. I have done my research and highly recommend them.

Best vitamins
We are from Utah so we have been aware of USANA for a very long time, started raking them in 1998 while going through the police academy. I know for a fact these vitamins are the real deal. We live abroad and I have them shipped o us here in the Middle East.

You need Vitamin D at the right levels.
A very good way to get your vitamin D. Have it checked next time you get a blood test...I bet you five dollars it is low. It is very important to have the right levels of vitamin D. Look it up!
