It isn't especially good but it does prevent drying and chapping of lips also there is too much product so it lasts a good while

If you can't afford Laniege lip sleeping mask & if you are okay with fragrance, yes, go ahead and buy it. Helps a little with hyperpigmentation after prolonged use. This is not a replacement to lip balm. Strictly, this is only a lip sleeping mask, intended to be worn at nights. Laniege is way better than this one.

I have always had a problem with rough and chapped lips in the harsh summers. No amount of lip balm (with/without SPF) would work even after applying it consistently, multiple times a day. But this mask worked from the first use. I have been using this for a week now and it's wonderful. It has a light scent, so bear that in mind if you can't use scented products.In the night you can, if you wish, apply a thick layer of it if your lips are very rough and chapped. But after 1-2 days when the roughness has gone away completely ( yes, it does work that fast), you can start applying a thinner layer which will also feel much more comfortable. You can also use this during the day, just use very little so it doesn't feel too sticky or heavy. Also make sure your lips are clean before applying it. If you're going to be using an SPF lip balm during the day, apply a tiny bit of the mask on clean lips and layer the lip balm on top of it. Same with lipstick. The mask should always be the first layer otherwise it doesn't work as well.I will try to remember to edit this in the winter months after I've tried it then. Hopefully it will be just as effective in the winters as well.

I swear this lip mask saved my lips. I used to peel and pick on my lips and I had extremely chapped and dry skin but this product is the best thing that ever happened to my lips. I apply this every night before bed and everyday I wake up with the most soft and healthy lips. I am gonna carry this everywhere with me. It will last you a lifetime. Saves money as well.
