Simply Superb, sleek and fast scanning, I recommend this product made by hp. Thanks hp. Very easy to use for home and office purpose

Fast and reliable
The first supply received appeared like a used Unit. I returned it. The supplier replaced it with a new Unit in original packing. The scanner is fast and provides good output. It can take upto about 40 pages at a time and scan both sides of the page. Resolution can be adjusted in the app. I am sure that the product will serve me well for many years to come. There is a problem with the installation of software. Upon finishing installation, I didn't get a feedback at all. The app should provide better user interface.

Never buy this
Never buy this scanner. HP doesn’t have proper drivers for latest windows and I bought this on September 1st and barely used it and today it’s October 15th and there is still software issue unresolved. A brother or Kodak scanner would have scanned time and money. The technical people have no clue about troubleshooting the scanjet pro
