Extremely well built long lasting.
Bootstrap humidity domes are the best made. I bought 2 last year, then came back for 2 more. They are extremely well built, will last a lifetime if taking care of. I have been gardening for 40 years. Very pleased, thank you.

Nice and sturdy cover
If you want a cover for your 1020 bottom tray this is the way to go. Most other seed trays/covers/seed starting trays are made to only last a year or maybe two if you are lucky because they are cheaply made with very thin and brittle materials. Not this cover. I can tell it will last a lifetime as long as something heavy isn’t dropped on it.

Sturdy, Goid Quality Color is Opaque Not Clear
I really love Bootstrap Farmer products, they are sturdier and last much longer than other products plus they carry what I need in terms of trays for propagating my African Violets and maintaining the health of my AV starts. I was not overly a fan of these domes. They are opaque not clear so it makes it hard to view and monitor the plants inside with just a glance. I also wished there were side vents as well. I guess on the plus side is that I can put the starts under stronger grow lights and not worry about them getting burned leaves as the opaqueness helps filter some of the light. I will use them until I find something more suitable to my needs, because I hate returning things, but it will take a little more of my time to constantly remove the dome to check on them.

Very sturdy
Very sturdy tops. Doubt I will have to ever replace these which makes them a great deal.

Sturdy and cover a full 72 cell seed tray
I would buy the product again. Likes - Structurally very well made, sturdy, has ventilation holes, keeps moisture and humidity in as much as you want, made in USA 🇺🇲 Dislikes - more translucent than transparent as I thought they would have been

Fail.
Baffling beyond belief, the Bootstrap Farmer humidity dome doesn’t fit the company’s own trays. This is what happens when you start off with a flawed design, and then shrug your shoulders and run with it anyway. Mediocrity, sold as a premium, hipster gardening accessory.

Sturdier than expected
These clear top fit standard-sized 1020 nursery trays, but they are much sturdier, thicker, stiffer and longer lasting that any others we have seen or used. I was skeptical at first due to the cost of these lids, but they seem to be a bargain as they last much longer than the typical cheesy thin and rapid-cracking lids I usually find. I will buy these again

Bootstrap Humidity Dome
I use the humidity domes more for seed germination. Instead of buying a Burpee self watering 72 cell every spring for $25. I took a couple seasons to build a heavier duty system. 1.) The humidity dome: the material is good grade. It does seem to be manipulatable, but returned to shape after laying flat. The frosted/opaque look is a nice touch. The two top channels are that. You could set light strips on top. 2.) Heavy duty air prune flat: Probably around the same price as the hood. This is the part where Burpee systems usually only last a season. I found some with the open bottom(s) to wick water up a capillary mat. 3.) Bootstrap heavy duty tray: I haven't had an issue using them as water resevoirs with heat pads. I usually don't start over 2 flats at a time. Got the two pack to rotate different uses.
