Streets Of Rage 4 - Anniversary Edition (Nintendo Switch)

I still own and play the original mega drive releases. To me this feels as natural and fun as the original with a soundtrack that truly belongs. Co-op is just as good. Its worth it.

Playing this game now and enjoying it. Have played it both handheld and dock mode through my switch 2 and loving this.

Grew up playing SoR and SoR 2 in the early 90s and this is a very worthy entry into the franchise. Love that it's so faithful to the originals while also adding a few modern tweaks here and there as well as the hand-drawn graphics style which looks perfect. The soundtrack will grow on you after a few playthroughs - Olivier Deriviere did a brilliant job creating the lion's share of the music. Gameplay-wise the input response is flawless. If I had one minor criticism, I think they should have had a lot more type of enemies. In the originals on sega mega drive they were constrained by a 16 bit cartridge and so it had to be that way. Here, the majority of standard enemies are modern versions of the 90s games yet still missing quite a few (clowns, ninjas, Jack, robots) They could have easily doubled the number of unique enemies. Also the bosses.. there could have been more and have been better designed. After a handful of playthroughs you figure out exatly how they operate and they become predictable and too simple to beat e.g. Shiva... I must have finished SoR2 a thousand times yet still many of the end level bosses would give me trouble.. not so with SoR4 unfortunately.

One of the most playable games in years - a brilliant addition to Switch.

If you loved Double Dragon and similar games...you need this it's great fun and has excellent graphics too.

Having played the original,was looking forward to playing this game and was not disappointed.Must buy game.

If you like the original games you will love this you can unlock all the old characters and play them in their original graphical pixels and has new modes to keep the game interesting perfect to keep you busy on a long haul flight.

Good game but not enough levels to keep you going back and back. Good multiplayer and can give you roughly a weeks worth of enjoyment.

Switch için en güzel ilerlemeli dövüş oyunu bence. Bilemiyorum belki de Sega Game Gear ve diğer cihazlarda zamanında Street of rage oynadığım için olabilir, benim çok hoşuma gitti. Ayrıca görsellik olarak gayet modern ve guzel görünüyor. Özellikle oyunu bilenlere tavsiye edebilirim. Bu sürüm özel bir sürüm, yıldönümü sürümü. İçinde bonus da var:) 600 lira gibi bir fiyata geldi, çok memnun kaldım. Mağazaya teşekkür ederim 🙏🏻
