I put this on our well pump, because we were getting more fine black sand in the hot tub and clogging the screens on the sinks. After I installed this next to the well, I took off the end cap and put in a valve with pipe the debris to the surface of the ground, so that it can be flushed out periodically. We have had this in for 5 months now, it works great!

Anything banjo is quality

Installed this on my sprinkler field from the aerobic system. Keeps the spray heads clean and functioning with only filter maintenance vs. cleaning spray heads. Great product.

With a 1" male-male brass fitting, I was able to install this directly onto my water softerner (line into the house). No leak (with plumber tape) and no reduction in water pressure.
