I absolutely love this backpack. Its stylish, simple, and lightweight which makes it perfect for taking it to school, to the office, or on a short day trip. The material is strong and textured and does not feel like it would easily rip or tear. The material on the bottom of the bag also has a soft velvet feel that is strong and does not easily get dirty or damaged. The front pocket is small, but the perfect size for your keys, a phone, sunglasses, or anything else you might quickly want to stash. The middle pocket is big enough to fit pens, snacks, electronics, or charging cables. It's the perfect size to fit an ipad mini. The large pocket is spacious and has a separate laptop sleeve while also still having space to store spare clothes, a jacket, a blanket, etc. I do wish there was an additional water bottle pocket. Sometimes I want to carry two bottles, but there is only one bottle pocket on the side.

I bought this backpack for my daughter because she needed something sturdy with enough space for her books, laptop, and school essentials. I loved the quality right away — the fabric feels durable, and the suede details make it look really nice. It has several well-designed compartments, including a padded laptop sleeve, which gives me peace of mind knowing her things are well protected. Great backpack. Unfortunately, the thin leather strips on the zippers, were kinda rotten and broke almost instantly.

This is not our first JanSport purchase. Quite honestly we have never worn one out, just want to change up the color or design once in a while. This pick is very nice. The leather trim is very nice and sets the backpack off very well. It has plenty of room for school use or taking on a trip. We have had lighter colors before and these bags just do not show dirt and require very little care. Well worth the cost. And they can be passed down, they wear that well.
