Does not appear to be very fresh and in the car is a little weird and not much flavor you end up putting double the amount they say to use and it's still not very potent you're better off sticking to brand names like Bigelow

nocturnal panic attack remedy for me
it's my first time to drink spearmint tea and i love this flavor. it helps me relax to sleep. my nocturnal panic attack doesn't occur much at night because of this. i can think clearly now because of that and my mood has become better.
