I didn't know that I need to use this regularly, when the dose finished my situation whent back to normal, so I need to order it again.

I just got these yesterday so I've only been taking them for 2 days, let me tell you I can tell a difference already. I only take 3 capsules a day, I take them in the morning today is the 2nd time I've taken them & my cravings & eating habits are changing. So far they seem AMAZING & I'm looking forward to see what else changes over the next coming weeks. UPDATED 8/6/24. Ok so I've been taking them for a month but only 3 capsules a day and let me tell you this product works for me so well, I'm not falling asleep as soon as I sit down like I used to plus my mood is so much better & my sweet cravings have disappeared. I truly appreciate these all natural hormone capsules AMAZING 🤩

If you have any kind of difficulty with your monthly cycle, I highly recommend this product. I have personally been using it for a couple of years now and it makes a significant difference with that time of the month. It has even helped me with hot flashes and night sweats

I ordered Solaray Female Hormone Blend SP-7C online and it’s been helpful. It feels gentle, and I noticed a bit more balance and fewer hormone-related symptoms. Arrived quickly and as described.

Edited:: two stars. Have had two periods with these supplements while taking once daily. The only change I’ve noticed is the nausea I get for 1-3 hours after taking them along with daily gas and pains and increase in bowel movements. I also had a small breakout about a week into taking them but that cleared up with my usual skincare regimen. Three stars because I haven’t taken themyet. Pay attention to the dosing. I just received these supplements and the dosing instructions are for two capsules THREE TIMES DAILY. If you’re good with that, go ahead, but I thought I was going to have a month supply and convenience of once-daily dosing because my life is way too busy and hectic for that nonsense. They conveniently cut it out of the images for advertisement and put it in the bottom section that you have to click into.

It takes a couple of weeks or so to start working... but it's amazing when it does! I take 2 per day with breakfast. I accidentally missed a day and the hot flashes came back (not as strong but definitely noticeable). I was considering HRT but don't need to anymore.
