No Paper in these. Description is confusing. It says: " Nice paper coating". There is no paper. Plastic coating of wire is smooth so no sharp edges to bruise plant stems.

Twist ties seem to evaporate after untwisting the original cable ties. These work.
Twist ties seem to evaporate after untwisting the original cable ties. These work and are easier to use than cutting pieces from a 20 foot roll. I like the white color that makes it easier to pick individule black cables from a bin.
