Heavy-Duty Pan With Amazing Nonstick Performance!
This USA Pan roasting and deep lasagna pan is easily one of the best-quality pans I’ve used. The construction is solid and heavy-duty—no warping, no bending, and it feels like it will last for years. The depth is perfect for big lasagnas, casseroles, roasted vegetables, or even baking larger meats. The nonstick coating is outstanding. Food releases effortlessly, even with cheesy lasagna layers or sticky sauces. Cleanup is unbelievably easy—most of the time it just needs a quick rinse, and everything slides right off. The textured surface also helps with even baking and browning. I also love that it’s made in the USA and feels like true professional-grade cookware at a reasonable price. If you cook for your family often or enjoy baking big meals, this pan is absolutely worth it.. Durable, versatile, and truly nonstick—highly recommended!!! Great heat distribution and easy of use ..

Deep enough and strong enough for a HEFTY lasagna
Was looking for lasagna pans for use in delivering lasagnas to a local charity from time to time. Wanted something deep and strong enough for a hearty lasagna. Also wanted some form of handle b/c these lasagnas can get pretty heavy. And, yes, frankly, wanted pans that I could go back and reclaim (in order to make future lasagnas) but where it would not be a catastrophe if the pans went missing in a large communal kitchen. (Just being practical). Was thrilled with these---made two very heavy lasagnas, refrigerated overnight and then took them to the venue. The pans worked extremely well, and putting my name on the pans with a Sharpie did the trick so I could reclaim the pans. One more thing--I wanted handles that did not add a lot of height or width to the pans....as some do. That would make it tougher to put in the fridge, etc. These are great, IMO. In summary, these are strong, easy to clean, have a nice depth, and are streamlined so as to fit easily into the fridge and modest-sized oven. These are a great find--especially for my purpose. P.S. The lasagnas were both eaten so they must have tasted pretty good (or at least that is what I am telling myself).

The perfect roasting pan!
This is a seriously great product. I went looking for a made-in-the-US roasting pan, and found these. I got two of them because I serve large groups and two fit perfectly into my oven, side by side. The big handles on the end made them easy to lift, even with a 10-pound load. The non-stick surface made it a breeze to clean them, and they were impossibly disgusting after five hours of roasting pork, so that was really appreciated too. And finally: the price is very reasonable for what you get with these: a simple design, highly functional, easy to clean kitchen work horse.

I love this pan.
Best pan ever. Does not scratch easily, nonstick coating lasts as long as you take care of it, and quality is unbeatable. I have had nothing but great experiences with products from this brand. Highly recommend this!

I have replaced all of my bakeware with these wonderful pans
I bake quite often and was frustrated by the inconsistent quality of the baked goods. This is my seventh pan I finally replaced all of my pans. These are amazing high-quality pans, nonstick, heavy duty and made right here in the USA. If you are a baker, these are worth every penny. Everything I bake turns out perfect, evenly cooked, no sticking and clean up is a snap. I like them so much I am giving them as gifts to home baker friends. Don’t go for knock-offs get the real deal from USA Pan your friends and family will thank you for the yummy baked goods. . Oh and customer support is incredible.I ordered a pizza stone as a gift. I received a regular pizza pan which would be fine if it was just me but it was a gift. I called them and the lady on the phone was super nice and two days later I had a pizza stone and they told me to keep the regular pizza pan. Happy baking!

High sided lasagna pan
A great lasagna pan. High sides so your lasagna doesn't drip over. I love mine.

Solid pan for large, deep lasagna; cleans easily; some surface flaking on first use
This is an amazing lasagna pan. It would also be good for (enormous) layer cakes, roasting meat/chicken/veg, or whatever, but I bought it for lasagna. My old lasagna pans have an annoying incline on the edges (the bottom is smaller than the top), are too shallow, and/or are difficult to clean (not that soaking a pan--for days--is hard, heh). I bought this because I wanted to make a big, deep fabulous lasagna, and I appreciate that it is made in the U.S. This makes one huge, big, deep fabulous lasagna, let me tell you! I used a 7-quart Dutch oven to make my sauce, and I ran out about a layer below the top of the pan, I am not even kidding. It's huge! I eye-balled it, and I figured with the noodle and cheese layers it would be good, but I didn't have enough sauce for the top layer. Don't get me wrong, this is NOT a bad thing! I just want you to know that you will need a LOT of sauce to make your own big, deep fabulous lasagna. So, I made my sauce, and I was so excited to use my new pan. I got two boxes of the oven-ready lasagna noodle sheets, my ricotta-romano-garlic-herb mixture, my shredded mozzarella, my parmesan, and I proceeded to build my lasagna. I did not grease the pan or use anything (olive oil, spray, whatever) on the pan first, I just started building up from a sauce layer base because I wanted to see how the pan cleaned. Spoiler: it cleaned like a dream! Once it was built, and keep in mind, I was still a layer short of "full" in this pan, I covered it and stuck in the oven. Before long, I could smell the lasagna goodness wafting all over my home. Sigh. Anyway, it was a marvelous lasagna and far more than we could eat in a day or two (before you start wanting something different), so I portioned it out and froze the majority. I have a freezer stacked up with big, deep fabulous lasagna (and am happy to have it now that the whole coronavirus thing is going on). A couple of notes: once filled with your lasagna recipe, this pan is super heavy. It's really huge and deep (and perfect in this way, exactly what I was looking for), but that means it's going to be very heavy to lift down to and up from the oven. On the very bright side, the "handle" edges are wide enough that you can hold its weight with your oven mitts (they don't slip or slide because the sides are too narrow). This was very welcome, particularly taking the pan out of the oven. Once cooled sufficiently, the lasagna slid out of the pan very easily and cleanly. No stuck on bits of sauce or even of cheese, it all just came right off the surface of this pan. So why the four stars? Well, I noticed when I was hand washing it (with Dawn, a mild detergent) that there were a couple of chipped (or really, pealed) areas of the coating. This makes me nervous (enough to drop to three stars, but I didn't yet because I want to see how it holds up on a second outing). I don't like things flaking off into my food (go figure!), so this has me a bit less enthusiastic than I was before I saw that. I used silicone utensils with this, so I have no idea what could have caused the flaking. It's something to think about if this matters to you, so I wanted to mention it and have the stars reflect my misgivings. That said, this is an awesome pan for massive lasagna (if you like to cook once and freeze single or larger servings for later use). It was definitely non-stick and easy to clean, but I've only used it once so far and won't be needing any lasagna for a while now. Heh. I can't whole-heartedly recommend this pan, but I don't hate it. In fact, I want to love it. I just hope I've given you enough in my experience with using it once to make your decision. :)

Perfect size for lasagna noodles
This is a heavy lasagna pan that I’ve used multiple times. It fits standard lasagna noodles perfectly along width. Have also roasted and made cinnamon rolls. Nonstick holds up well even after baking multiple tomato based dishes. Easy cleanup and zero complaints
