15+ year old surefire uses (2) 123 lithiums. reflector & incandescent marked "p60" and "ng-3". will this replace, and ok 2 use rechargeable batteries?

YES it WILL fit your classic surefire! I have brought several of my older SF lights into the hi-tech LED era with these conversions or comparable LED modules. Also YES, you can use rechargable batteries (even the high output 3.7V RCR123 rechargables) As this module is capable of up to 18v input. So as Bob Marley once said "Light up the darkness" 👍

Will this bulb work in an original G2 incandescent flashlight?

Yes, However, you may have to remove the larger of the two springs before install.

Can i use this in a surefire g3 with (3) 3.7v batteries, or do i need to use 3v batteries.

I believe it's rated for up to 18 volts so you should be okay with 3 3.7

Will this work on a surefire m951 ??

It appears the bulb assembly for the M951 is the P60, so this should work. You may need to pull off the large spring to make the assembly fit.
