A good choice for baking
I use this to help in making Fraisier cake to line the adjustable cake ring. This makes it easy to avoid the cream sticking to the metal cake ring and makes it easy to get the cake out without damaging it. The acetate can then be peeled off leaving a pleasing and neat result.
