Really like this and it doesn't hit my knees!
Great crossbar saddlebag. Lots of space for bike tools including my pump, tire levers and multitool. Space left over for glasses, first aid, money etc. Phone is well secured, although it's a little tough to use in the holder, but I'm ok with that. I agree with another reviewer that the zips should close upwards, away from you, to prevent stuff falling out, but really this hasn't been an issue. Reflective material a plus, and easy to take on and off if needed. Never hits my knees on my bike. I like the rain cover too and used it once. It did its job. I find this bag very useful and much less nerdy that the front handlebar ones! Happily recommend.

Glad I bought this for my bike.
I love this bag. It has two compartments and a phone holder. My phone did fall out once but it was due to my phone case coming apart. So in order for my case to stay I just place a rubber band around the whole unit to make sure that doesn't happen again. Wasn't the holders fault but my case around my phone. The holder is stretchy and holds well. The bags are big enough to hold several snack, lip balm, riding gloves ect.

The best top tube compartment I used yet
I've had a few of these now, and this one after using now for about 4 months is my favorite, mainly for its' sturdy construction, tight zippers, and waterproofness. I've had it in some major rain storms and maybe 2 drops total have ever seeped into them, I attribute it to the zippers. The zips are tight and not flimsy and open to the right size. The bags look good and are in the perfect spot for easy access, I use them for quite a few things, mainly my Bluetooth speaker, some bike tools, supplies, and my wallet. I have a dedicated phone holder so I can't comment on how well that works but it looks fine. The only complaint/con is actually it's strength. The zippers are so stiff and tight they can take a little extra effort to use, almost always need two hands when closing them which isn't ideal while riding but because they keep things secure and dry I still give it 5 stars. The strap system is actually the best one I've used, this setup does not move, whatsoever on my bike.Anyway, thanks, I recommend.

Looks and works good
Nice size for holding gel, snacks, and other small items. Outside phone holder seems to work well, but I prefer to keep my phone inside the bag. I have other bags from this company. Rockbros makes pretty good bike bags for reasonable prices.

Needs some security loops
I’m really conflicted about this bag. On the “con” side, it needs some small loops so that you can padlock it shut to help avoid casual theft of items inside (I modded mine with that purpose in mind). I wish the zippers were a bit beefier and I had to lube my zippers with just a hint of bike grease to make them work smoothly. I also wish it had a built in method of securing against casual theft (I ran a couple of diagonal zip-ties). On the PRO side, the shape and design is just about perfect for being accessible with decent storage space without getting in the way. The reflector panels are fantastic and add to rider safety, the phone straps hold the phone very securely, and the overall construction is of high quality. Oh and it includes it’s own little “shower cap” rain cover which is a VERY nice touch.

Ample out-of-the-way storage
Got this to carry necessities on my bike... snacks, tools, pepper spray and firearm (Ruger 380 LCP). It has ample room for all of this and a clip for my phone on top that doesn't prevent opening the pouch on either side. I was concerned that because of where it sits on the bike my knees would strike it, but they don't. It comes with a small rain cover and the zippers are water resistant. My only complaint is that in the velcro straps there is too much hook and not enough loop. This means you can only tighten the straps so much and then they don't catch, so it isn't truly tight on the bars of the bike. It worked fine on our Riverwalk, but I haven't used it offroad yet. Hoping it doesn't bounce because it isn't tight enough. Great little pack to keep essentials within reach, but I doubt it will hold a rain jacket or spare inner tube, tools and pump. You would need a larger seat pouch bag for that.

Already sold two more
The bag is a great size for medium size items such as glasses, wallet, food, etc, although not big enough for a jacket. Very secure to bike frame with easy access to both zipper compartments. Zippers are nice and smooth and there is a slot to hold cash/cards inside the bag. Access to the phone is great although I question how long it will last in the Arizona sun because it is flat plastic with sturdy rubber bands at top and bottom (I hope those are easily replaceable). Because it is secured to the crossbar/headtube, it is well out of the way of legs while peddling. Two friends have already looked to buying one for themselves.

Phone holder not the best
The pouches and ease of putting it on the bike are fantastic. Zippers are heavy duty and tight. The phone holder does seem a bit uner made. Not saying it will not do the job. Just seems a bit cheap for a Rock Brothers product.
