I have been using it for about a year now. It is rugged and can take a beating with a good battery and decent performance. Where it fails is mostly with customer service. If you have a issue it is almost impossible to get anyone to help you. I have had a few issues with it over time like poor wifi signal to wifi not working at all. The SD card isn't removable and stopped working on me leaving the phone half working as many things are dependent on it. The location settings are fairly sluggish and doesn't always find your location. I have had some other buggy issues like Maps suddenly not working. There might be some solutions to these issues... but i may never know.
