This T-Fal Induction Cookware set is the best! I did not realize they had made one for Induction cooking. T-Fal is the cookware I have been using for years! They hold up to any abuse for years. I always hand wash them and use silicone utensils. However, that does not stop others from using metal forks, etc over the years and from abusing my cookware. The set I had previously lasted about 5 years and I had burned food in them a lot. After soaking it came out flawlessly. I needed a new set and one for Induction cooking. This set fits the requirements. They wash very well and heat up fast. They look great and you get all the saucepans and frying pans needed for a family. They have a disc in the fryers to let you know when the pan is ready. That works great if you pay attention to it. It gets a bit darker. I use padding between my pans to protect them in my pot drawer. The bottom of the pans are flat and thick for even cooking. The handles are not hollow. They do not rust. They are made of a good quality. The entire pans are of good quality. They are just beautiful! They are non-stick although I still use a bit of EVOO or butter when cooking with certain recipes. Again burnt food washes off after soaking. Just remember with all cookware wait for the pan to cool before plunging it under water to avoid causing the pan to warp. I always use hot water as well. I set my pan on an unused burner or a trivet to cool. I have found that T-Fal Cookware is the absolute best you can buy for the money.

Beautiful set that I bought about a year ago. It still looks like new. Heavy duty but all non stick cookware can be easily damaged. I use only wood, plastic, or silicone utensils. Wash by had with a soft sponge. Not for dishwashers. I also stack the pots and pans using cotton and micro fiber dish towels in between the pots and pans to prevent damage. The only downside is this cookware will not work on my induction cook top. I only use this set on my gas stove.

Heats evenly, no issues with sticking. 4 stars because they're advertised as metal utensil safe, however I have noticed a couple marks on the pans, not quite scratches, but metal utensil use is minimal in our home. If you use metal utensils often, I feel these pots and pans would not hold up as advertised. Overall, I'm pleased with what seems to be a decent quality cookware set.

I love my Tfal. I only use silicone or wood utensils but they make great non stick pans, even for ham, egg and cheese omelets. You can easily wipe them out without a struggle.

Beautiful and work great. Have had a year and they still look new. We moved to a different house that had an induction cooktop and found that only one pan I had worked. So purchased this set and couldn't be happier.

I've had these for a year and a half now. I have nothing good to say about these pots and pans really. Right off the bat, these scuffed my glass cooktop. I was devastated. I worked so hard to keep it nice. Shortly after my return window expired, I began noticing scratches and chips in the nonstick coating. I never use metal cooking tools. I don't even own metal cooking tools. I gave away the ones that came with the set because I refuse to use them. The tools were not coated as shown in the picture. These never went in the dishwasher or the oven. And I've never used excessive heat. I've done my research. I did everything right. And they still went to hell. I'm just dealing with them now, waiting until I have the budget for something better that won't disappoint me.

Need bigger sizes than what's average in the set

I received the T-fal cookware set in the platinum non stick version with 12 pieces in the color grey. This is a very nice looking set of cookware, the grey color makes them look more modern. The material of the pots and pan are thicker than some others that I have used and they have a lot of weight to them. The covers are also very heavy and very well made. They seem to be fantastic quality. I have been cooking with this set for a couple of weeks now and so far I have had absolutely no issues with the quality of the pots or the covers. The thermo spot lets you know when the pot/pan is completely heated up and ready for food. The non stick surface works perfectly and so far I haven't had any flaking or chips in the surface. I have been using all silicone based utensils in them so far and I can see this set lasting for years to come. This set is the quality we have come to love from the Tfal brand and so far with multiple uses (I cook 1-2 times every single day) this set has been holding up and doesn't have any scratches or other surface issues. It is a completely non stick set, and everything cooks very well and even in both the pots and the pans. Fantastic quality set, sturdy, well made, fantastic non stick surfaces. Completely giftable and I would certainly repurchase when the need arises.

Great but not perfect. Works with induction which is the main reason why I bought this set. So far so good for non-stick however very easily scratches and we've only used this set for 2.5 weeks. Would not recommend using the metal utensils provided with set. We used plastic and already we notice light scratches in the pans. Judging how easily these scratch, I'm guessing they'll last 18-24 months before they need to be replaced.

This replaced my aging teflon pans. Its like magic. But I still use some oil or butter for flavour. The build quality is very nice and the metal handles stay cool and are good to hold. The T-Fal red spot is super useful as usual, fully red equals time to cook, no need to flick water or throw down some food down. These pans are compatible with almost any cooking surface, from coil, gas, glasstop, even induction! I have a portable induction stovetop for outdoor use and it works great. It does make a slight buzzing noise I don't experience with a cast iron though. After decades of using silicon only utensils, it feels weird to use metal tools while cooking, so I still use silicon tools with some food grade plastic tools unless its for really hot food. I do use metal tongs which I feel is the ultimate tool for meat. I can understand why people may be afraid of scrapping/chipping the coating. Now for the pots, its the same material and type as the pans, so sometimes I do use them to cook for items that splatter a lot. But for soups, broths, chili, its as expected. The lids are good and are fully glass, which is appreciated as it provides a peak into the food cooking without releasing the heat. Drainage holes would of been nice to have. Overall, really reliable product so far, as long as its maintained properly. With a good warranty backed by T-Fal, hopefully these last longer then traditional non-stick pots and pans.

After only about two years of normal, everyday cooking, all of my T-fal pans have noticeable scratches, and the nonstick coating is peeling off. This is especially frustrating because the set is advertised with a 5-year warranty. However, when I contacted customer support, they explained that the warranty does not cover scratches, peeling, or any wear to the nonstick coating—things that, in my opinion, are exactly what you’d expect a cookware warranty to protect against. They instead blamed “improper use,” even though I’ve always followed care instructions. This makes the 5-year warranty feel misleading and the customer service unhelpful.
