Very sleek and perfect for inspectors on the go

This is really similar to one I bought 10 years ago. It rides in my truck to hold my log books and receipts. If this one lasts 10 years of daily use that will be a good deal. No complaints so far after about 5000 miles.

The Cons are only the fact that it is artificial leather. But for $21 - that is impossible. The Pros far outweigh any negatives. The case is attractive, (I selected brown) the zipper is nice - with a wide/thick “handle” that makes opening or closing it easier to grasp. The features are many - loose paper storage folder on the left, a mildly retentioned clip board “handle” holds full length paper or stock on the right side. It has a plethora of card slots, pockets, and compartments for anything you might want to carry - from biz cards to a cell phone. The center of its binder has elastic loops to hold two pens or other writing instruments. I bought it as a carry-all to protect and keep organized some documents and other media that I needed to present at a meeting. It is perfectly suited for any such purpose - and then some. I highly recommend it.
