I was tricked into buying Oral B floss, because the packaging is so close to proxy soft. The Oral B floss kept breaking off between my teeth and I had a heck of a time getting it off. Proxy Soft does not break. These are the best on the market.

Purchased to address flossing issues particular to implant/bridge. I use this gauge to get under my bridge as it is more narrow and less effective under the base of my implant. There is a "rigid" blue portion of string ostensibly used to thread under the bridge or between teeth. This isn't rigid enough to accomplish that task and I need to use a threader (purchased separately). For the implant I use their wider gauge thread which works very well also. Still need the threader however. I've purchased this numerous times and will continue to do so until I find a better design.

The product "Proxy-Soft Three in One Floss" is just ok. The thickest part of the floss happens not to be too thick for the large gap between my bridge & my gums, and that was the main purpose of my ordering it. The stiffened threader section is a bit flimsy, but I found it useable. However, I must use my regular floss for all my teeth except for the bridge. The "thin" part of this product is both sharp and too thick to get between my normal teeth. In other words, useless.When I ordered this product, I could see it was overpriced, but was willing to chance it. HOWEVER instead of getting the described "200 strands"--that is to say, two boxes of 100 strands, I got one box of 100 strands. (Doubling the cost, right?) When I tried to contact the seller to have my order completed, I could not get through to them. Not even after three rather lengthy tries. So I contacted Amazon. Success! Though the representative said he was reordering for me at "no additional cost," still the company just sent one box, 100 strands. Now that was fine with me, because that's all I had intended to ask of the seller!But it troubles me that again they did not honor their product description.And it troubles me that they're unreachable.And if time is money, this unimpressive floss has been mind bogglingly, wildly expensive.A seller to avoid. Shall I say "at all costs"?The floss itself is barely meh.

I had been using the same brand of floss from a packet that was probably 30 years old. When it ran out I ordered the same brand again. Very disappointed to find that the thick fiber end is much thinner than the original. I have to use 3 strands together to get the same results.
