Fiber To Keep You Regular!!!
I need some fiber in my diet so I choose this and fits the bill. It keeps me regular and makes me feel good. I have been taking it for months now and had no problems with it. It tastes fine and its easy to take because its a chewable gummy. I am very happy with this purchase.

Works great and tastes YUMMY!
I thought it was strange when my Gastro recommended adding fiber (I have IBS-D) to "even out" my digestive routine. I looked at the typical fiber products online, and they have all these criteria "don't take with this" or "can react with that". That's when I found these gummies on Amazon - boy did they help! I take them in the morning after breakfast and morning pills (nothing I need to avoid) and they are super tasty! I actually look forward to taking them each morning. Highly recommend!
