Absolutely love this mop. It cleans my floors spotless. Has a bunch of useful cleaning attachments. Worth every penny. Easy to use.

Difficult to Use
It’s difficult to assemble and did not come with a carry strap & isn’t possible to carry aroundI would like to return it

Great cleaning tool! I even used it on dried flowers and throw pillows!
My only wish was that it had a longer hose for steaming blinds, etc. Unfortunately, you have to hold the not so light water container while you work. A simple fix with a longer hose. However, It does exactly what it says and I will continue to use it.
