Great pans! They maintain heat very well for nice even cooking. They are sturdy and well made. A lot of people gripe about the handles which I admit aren’t ideal, they are a touch uncomfortable but not a deal breaker for me. The performance of them says it all.

Besides the concave handle, which isn't really that big if a deal, this set of cookware has been excellent. It cleans really well and is mostly non-stick. I would have bought another set but the price has almost doubled.

I’m torn on this set. On one hand, the pans themselves are incredible. They are very heavy, well-constructed, and clearly built to last a lifetime. The heat distribution is perfect, and you can tell they are high-end professional tools just by the weight. The only problem—and it’s a big one—is the handle design. They have a weird U-shaped dip that is honestly very uncomfortable. If you like to sauté or toss ingredients, the sharp edges of the "U" dig right into your palm, which is especially awkward given how heavy the pans are. Also, the closer your hand gets to the pan, the hotter the metal gets, making it hard to get a good grip for more control. For this price, you would expect an ergonomic handle that’s easy for a chef to use. I’m going to keep them because the cooking quality is so good, but I’m now on the hunt for silicone covers or some other fix just to make them usable.
