Gluten-Free Cookies
I purchased this Monster Cookie baking mix for a special event where one of the guests had dietary restrictions and required gluten-free options. I wanted to make sure she felt included and had something genuinely tasty to enjoy. Although this was a brand I hadn’t tried before, I was immediately intrigued by the flavor—Monster Cookies are one of my personal favorites, and I was curious how a gluten-free version would hold up. The instructions on the box were clear and simple, which made preparation easy even on a busy day. The only additional ingredients needed were eggs, butter, and peanut butter—all pantry staples—so I didn’t have to make any extra trips to the store. As I mixed everything together, I noticed the dough was a bit crumbly and drier than what I’m used to when making traditional cookie dough. However, with a little extra pressing and care, I was able to form the dough into cookie-sized balls without too much trouble. Once baked, the cookies held their shape well and had a nice, golden color. Of course, I had to try one before serving them—strictly for quality control! As someone who loves to bake and takes pride in what I serve, I refuse to offer anything I wouldn’t genuinely enjoy myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture. The cookies were soft and on the inside, with a rich peanut butter base and lots of chocolate pieces. You wouldn’t immediately guess they were gluten-free. In fact, they were so good that I’d happily buy this mix again just for myself, even outside of a gluten-free need. It’s a great option for anyone wanting a quick, satisfying treat that doesn’t compromise on taste, whether you’re gluten-free or not.

Incredible!
These cookies are absolutely amazing! They're not just good "for a gluten-free cookie", they're good for a cookie in general! When making them, the directions were super clear. The dough does have oats in it. And it doesn't look like typical cookie "dough"; it more resembles those no-bake energy bites if you've ever seen recipes for those. Or granola balls. So I'll admit I was worried the cookies wouldn't taste like cookies and would be more like a granola bar. I rolled the "dough" into little balls and then pressed down on the tops with a fork — like traditional peanut butter cookies! I got about eleven medium-sized cookies and baked them for about eleven and a half mins. I was genuinely not expecting how amazing they were. The chocolate is super gooey, the cookie is like a peanut butter cookie, but the peanut butter taste isn't overwhelming. The cookies were incredibly soft, light, and chewy. They were shaped perfectly! I baked them on parchment and they slid right off. No sticking, no burning on the bottoms. The next day, they were just as soft and delicious as they were when they were freshly baked. I can't tell you how well they keep past day 1 because we devoured them so quickly we never got to day 2. I baked them yesterday and I've already re-ordered the mix and plan to bake them again when they arrive on Saturday. I can't recommend enough! I would happily bring these to an event to serve. Not just for those who were gluten-free.

Delicious to eat as a batter
I recently found out I'm gluten free because of my immune disorder and this is delicious. I can't really tell you how good the cookies are because whenever I make the batter I just eat it with a spoon and I think that is probably how I'll eat it always. It's like a little treat that's gluten free. But I have heard people that have baked them and it's turned out really good so I would say it probably is

These are amazing!
My son is diabetic and has celiac disease, so requires a very special diet! His bday came up and I made him a lemon cake, but wasn't sure if it would be good, so I found these cookies as a secondary option. I am so happy I did!!! Not only does my son LOVE them, but his younger siblings (who are not gluten free or needing any special diet) love them as well. These are essentially a peanut butter oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips and m+m style candies mixed in. They requires only 1 egg, 2 tbsp butter, and half a cup of peanut butter to make. Not bad at all! Just as easy to make as any other cookie mix; and they bake up chewy and wonderful. You can choose what size to make the cookies, and I chose the medium sized option. With medium sized, it makes 18 cookies from each bag! For less than $4, that's an awesome deal for anyone who wants to use a mix rather than bake from scratch. They also only have 14g of carbs per cookie! Wonderful for those who also require low sugar and carb diets. I will be purchasing these on a regular basis from now on, as a healthy and delicious treat to make for my entire family. Hugely recommend these to everyone!!!

Pretty good
I ordered this because I liked the ingredients in it and it was gluten free. They taste pretty good for a gluten free mix. It’s super easy to make but not a lot of people have peanut butter on hand which is required for this recipe. Also the cooking times are pretty off on the back. I probably added an extra 10-15min of time to the original. The texture of the cookies is good but a bit crumbly. All in all I would order it again.

Great!
These are really good cookies! Easy to make and gluten free. Unfortunately they don't seem to be available right now on Amazon. Hope they are available again soon!

Yummy and Gluten Free *
I chose this, not just because it was gluten free, but because it was lower in sugar than most mixes. I'll admit, that I've purchased this before, so I knew what it was. I added some oatmeal to it and some sugar free dark chocolate chips and an extra egg to stretch it out into more cookies and lower the sugar even more. But, it's good all on its own. I usually make all my own desserts and breads, but it's nice to have a couple mixes on hand to save time and when you don't feel like cooking that much. I've gotten in the habit of always freezing half of any brownies or cookies I make, so there'll be some for later. My sister said she's gotten wise to me and I'm not cutting down on desserts, I'm just making larger batches and freezing half. "So, eh what's your point?" I recommend these, as they're gluten free, lower sugar, reasonably priced and yummy. Thank you for reading my review.
